Terms of use

Mailie is a personal macOS application developed by Marijn Bent. This website provides information about the app; it does not provide email hosting, a paid subscription or a public software download.

Your accounts and actions

Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You remain responsible for messages you send, actions you approve, and the external services or agents you enable. Mail actions can change or permanently delete messages at your provider. Keep backups of information you need.

Third-party services

Google, other mail providers and optional AI services have their own terms, availability and charges. Mailie does not guarantee their availability. AI results may be incorrect; review them before relying on them or sending mail.

Availability

Mailie is provided as a personal project without a promise of uninterrupted operation, ongoing support or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
